Our story began in 2017, when Richard George, a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in customer service, facilities management, and workforce coordination, decided to start a company focused on providing top-notch property care and facilities management services. Richard has shared his knowledge as a visiting faculty member at CEPT, teaching Facilities Management Services (FMS).

Drawing from his extensive background, Richard founded JJ Konvenienza to offer tailored solutions for clients’ property management needs. But Richard didn’t build this company alone. His partner, Annie Richard, brought 21 years of diverse experience in administration, human resources, banking, and coordination. With her expertise in managing teams and understanding client requirements, Annie played a key role in developing a team of skilled professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality services.

Together, Richard and Annie have created a one-stop solution for all property care and facilities management needs.
